Your Petitioner is a native of Teraspore, Punjab, Indoix.
Your Petitioner joured the Hong Kong Police Force on or about the 17th Nefilencer 1885 and extered into an Algreement withi the Hong Kong Goverment to sewe as a Volice Constable for a period of five years.

Your Petitioner entered into sock agreement in pursuance of the provisions the Ordinance then in force in Hong Hong relating to Police Constables viz Reliance N69 of 1862 by Section 11 of atrick. it was provided that "In case any inspector. seargent, or constable who shall have completed the period of service for whick he had been engaged shall be demons of
